Baseball caps and UV sun glasses help to protect your head and your eyes from the harsh sun glare.

If you plan to explore  some of Jamaica' s waterfalls...pack good water shoes which will keep you upright on slippery rocks or surfaces.

Throw in an extra pair or two of swim wear - always good to have.

Medication and necessaries

Remember medication that you rely on…plus sunscreens, lotions and insect repellents.

If  allergic to insect bites, throw in a tube of antiseptic cream or what you would use at home for such situations. While these may be available at your hotel or the local pharmacy…high demand increases prices and depletes stocks.

It's convenient to have your own supply at hand and it might be much cheaper too.
